All our units are vigorously tested to ensure quality before dispatch. Making high quality solvent-less extracts is an art and good equipment is essential. Efficient extraction requires even heat and pressure applied over an appropriate time period. Yield of up to 25% are achievable with the right tools and technique. We include a step by step guide to your first pressing this with the accessories in the kit will get you off to a great start. We have a support line and forum for your questions or to pick up tips.

The Press

5 Ton Rosin Press -Making solvent-less extracts requires the application of even heat and pressure on your botanical to squeeze out your desired extract. We've mastered the art of extraction and the presses we provide are the best in the industry

Our heat presses use precision, feedback-control aluminium heating and plates designed for ideal heat transfer to your plant material. This press uses a hydraulic ram to apply up to 5 tons per square inch of pressure.

The press is tested to the highest quality control standards before dispatch. The extraction process involves pressing the plant material you want to extract from  between parchment paper under heat for a set time to extract the essential oils.
